The purpose of this training is to enable you to better understand how psychological trauma can arise during a stay in intensive care and equip you with sufficient knowledge and understanding to be able to create or contribute confidently to Patient Diaries on your Unit. This will reduce the incidence of psychological trauma and support patients with their recovery following critical illness.
