Welcome to the Frimley Health Student Placement Induction course.
You will create a bespoke skills passport enabling you to move around placement providers under one legal agreement. The opportunities for you as a student are across the ICS and thus working with a host of providers within Frimley Health. This means working with organisations where we need employment agreements to be set up to allow you to study in their areas.

This elearning is about giving you an understanding of what frailty is and how it impacts a person. It includes an overview of person-centred approaches to caring for and supporting a person living with frailty. It should lead to you having an understanding of how to prevent and reduce the risk of frailty as well as giving you information regarding how to manage frailty as a long-term condition.
It consists of four parts, each with an assessment.
